After nearly six months of no leaves or flowers in cold and windy weather, nothing lifts the spirits like the first shrubs of spring to bloom.

Even though we had a recent burst of winter, soon enough it will lose it's grip on our landscapes.

As we slip into March, we can start to believe that spring might make an appearance soon.
