- After the completion of your project, you will be contacted by our Warranty Team to discuss timing of visits to perform plant checks in the spring and fall. The timing of these visits is determined by your project’s scope and completion time.
- If your project is completed in Fall, you will receive your first check the following spring, and your final one-year check the following fall
- If your project is completed in Spring, you will receive your first check the following fall, and your final one-year check the following spring.
- During these checks, your warranty manager will walk the property, observing plant life and ensuring job quality. We encourage you to walk the property with us and ask any questions you may have.
- If during our inspections, we find a plant that needs to be replaced, your warranty manager will personally order the replacement plants and will reach out to schedule a convenient time to come install the new plants.
- Remember, every site is unique and plants are living things that vary widely by species and location. We base our inspection and remedy schedules on a number of different environmental factors. The bottom line is wherever your property is located from the mountains of Estes Park to the northern front range - we will be there to ensure the quality and health of your project for years to come.
- For sod installation projects, our warranty team will visit the property and conduct weekly check-ups for the first month. During these visits, they will adjust the timing of the controller to accommodate watering needs for sod establishment. They will communicate with you during this process and contact you when your new sod is ready to be mowed for the first time.
