Ready to begin your landscaping project?

We promise to make it as hassle-free as possible. You can rely on us to meet all your landscaping needs with efficiency and honest dedication.

Schedule a Phone Consultation

Whatever your landscaping needs, you begin by filling out a form on our site to request a phone consultation. During your scheduled consultation you will speak to one of our landscaping specialists. Tell us what you're looking for, and we'll help you decide if Alpine Gardens is right for you.

Initial Site Visit

Many projects will require a site visit to help us plan and conceptualize your new landscape design. For projects that don't require a design, we will move right into the Landscape Agreement.

Concept Phase

We'll form a conceptual plan, which we will present to you at the Alpine Gardens office or on a video call. The concept will include a specific price range as well as the cost to create your design. If you decide to move forward, we'll typically collect a retainer and will discuss project timelines.

Design Phase

Our professional landscape designers take your vision and turn it into a beautiful and functional design. We'll present the drawings and sketches to you in person or over a video call. You'll have the opportunity to suggest changes before we finalize the design at which time we will discuss the set price for your project.

Landscape Agreement

You sign the agreement and pay based on your set payment arrangement. Depending on the time of year, work can begin anywhere from 2 to 8 weeks from the official agreement, during which time we will prepare our crew and purchase the necessary materials.

Construction Phase

We work hard to complete your landscape on time. Your dedicated project manager will oversee your project from start to finish and is available to answer any questions you may have.

Final Walk Through

We will walk through the project one more time. At this point, you submit your final payment, and we will request your honest feedback online.

Ongoing Care and Warranties

Our dedicated warranty team ensures your landscape can be enjoyed for many years. We will provide you with our Care Guide as well as personalized follow-up from our warranty specialist. Upon request we will also provide options for ongoing care of your newly completed landscape project.
