The design process begins with our concept phase. You will meet with our designers to collaborate on what you want in your new landscape. We have extensive experience making designs that function well, and we can skillfully predict how it will mature over the years. Your input is vital, especially during the concept phase, because we want all the details planned out before we begin the installation phase. In our eyes, it's better to make good decisions during the concept phase, so we can work quickly and efficiently when doing the physical work on your property.

Part of our process includes a letter of intent, which we ask you to sign before we create a custom design. We also ask that you pay 50% of the design fee upfront.
