Alpine Gardens has been beautifying Northern Colorado and surrounding areas with award-winning landscapes since 1978. Adding another crew and we are looking for qualified residential construction landscape laborers to join our team. This position works out of our Fort Collins location.
Landscape Laborers work as a unified team under the direct supervision of the Landscape Foreman. They are responsible for completing landscape installation jobs of high quality and in an efficient manner under that authority.
- Perform highly physical installation work on a consistent basis
- Work as part of a team and take direction
- Communicate and coordinate with the Foreman and peers
- Follow best practices of installation and company standards
- Proper use of all tools, equipment, and machinery
- Maintain a clean and safe job site at all times
- Other duties as required
General Requirements:
- Previous landscape installation experience
- Clean driving record
- Extensive knowledge and experience in installing a variety of hardscape applications
- Knowledge of perennials, shrubs, evergreens, and trees
- Highly motivated, self-driven individual who is detail orientated
- Excellent attention to detail while working in a fun & fast-paced environment
- Good time management skills; be available for seasonal long hours & weekends
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task
- Able to work effectively with individuals of differing knowledge and background
- Punctual and dependable
- Polite and courteous
Pay Range: $18-$20/hr dependent upon experience
